Gluten Free Hamotzy Rolls

1 Large eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 Tbs. dry yeast
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tbs. silan
500 ml warm water
500 gr. molino Hamotzy flour

Mix all the ingredients together, adding the salt last.
Let dough rise for 40 min. (don’t over rise) Dough will be sticky. Using gloves shape roll size balls out of the dough and bake at 350 for about 20-25 min (or until they look ready)
