Our flour is made from carefully chosen high quality spelt kernels that we grind daily with a stone mill. Using flour that is fresh and stone-grind, is a game changer for baking bread and goodies because of its texture, its sweet and nutty flavour, and the beliefs that it is nutritionally superior and has a better baking quality than steel-roller-milled flour. 
Has to be refrigerated from 3 days past the date it was grinded.
