Eggs are a delicious way to get in your daily recommended amount of protein for a healthy lifestyle.

This Product is made from 100% fresh eggs yolks. Its processed according to Good Manufacture Practice (GMP) principals and high standers which are required by the Ministry of Health and Agriculture. The product can be used for all kind of sauces, mouses, desserts and more. Please note that on occasion this product will be freshly frozen and sold past the “use before fresh date”. This does not effect the quality nor the performance of this product. It may arrive cold and defrosted, ready to be used once brought to room temperature. Stays good unopened in the fridge for 10-14 days after arrival. Once opened, it should be used within 3 days.

  • 4 Extra Large or Jumbo Egg = 1 cup
  • 6 Extra Large Egg Whites = 1 cup
  • 12 Extra Large Egg Yolks = 1 cup
  • 1 Extra Large Egg White = 2 extra large egg yolks (in volume)
  • 1 Large Egg White = 2 tablespoons
  • 8 to 10 Large Egg Whites = 1 cup
  • 1 Large Egg Yolk = 1 tablespoon
  • 12 to 16 Large Egg Yolks = 1 cup
  • 1 Large Egg = 4 tablespoons liquid egg product
  • 1 Large Egg White = 2 tablespoons liquid egg product
