Soreka Desert Wine

In the  Sorek valley, at the foot of the Judean hills, between fields and vineyards lies a boutique winery. Only the finest clusters of grapes harvested on the high mountain and low valleys make there way into our winery. With much dedication and professionalism in accordance to many years of tradition, we produce a fine series of wines with a unique character. This refined dessert wine is a red wine with a subtle sweetness. It has a full body texture and is characterized by aromas of fruit and oak and has a lasting and wonderful finish.
Varieties – Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Petit Sira

בעמק שורק למרגלות הרי יהודה בין שדות וכרמים שוכן יקב בוטיק. ליקב קסום זה מגיעים אשכולות ענבים משובחים מההר הגבוהה ומהשפלה. במסירות ובמקצועיות על פי מסורת רבת שנים מיוצרות סדרות יין משובחות בעלות אופי יחודי. יין קינוח מעודן הינו יין אדום בעל מתיקות מעודנת. גופו מלא ומאופיין בארומות פרותיות ועץ אלון ובסיומת ארוכה ונפלאה.
