Yesodot Premium Red 2021

Our special blend of premium Cabernet and Merlot grapes is the foundation of this wine‘s  light and fruity character.

Made from grapes grown during the long Mediterranean summer in the cool Judean Hills, they are harvested in the the early fall and ferment for 18 months in American and French oak barrels. Given its clean and smooth texture, it is best served along side grilled Assado and a fresh garden salad.
